Arts Build Communities

Funding through the Tennessee Arts Commission, the Arts Build Communities program distributes grants between $500-$2,000 to 11 designated agencies to fund local arts programs in each of 95 counties in Tennessee.

Arts Build Communities nuture artists, assist arts organizations, including local arts agencies, and arts supporters in the state. 

The grant round for 2011-2012 is closed. 

Bledsoe, Bradley, Grundy, Marion, McMinn, Meigs, Polk, Rhea and Sequatchie Counties should submit applications to Paul Archambault at the Southeast Tennessee Development District at parchamb@sedev.org or 423-424-4266.

Hamilton County applications should be sent to Allied Arts of Greater Chattanooga.
