Southeast TN Solid Waste Board Meeting 4-28-2020

All public meetings subject to the Open Meetings Act guaranteed by Article I, Section 19 of the Tennessee Constitution and Tennessee Code Annotated Title 8, Chapter 44, Part 1 are being conducted pursuant to Tennessee Governor Bill Lee’s Executive Order #16 (signed 3/20/2020) permitting electronic meetings due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 global pandemic. This Board meeting was held in compliance with that order, and is being published online to be available to the public.
